The equipment frame uses 2.5 mm thick square tubing for structural support, with the exterior made of 2 mm high-quality steel plates processed through laser cutting and CNC bending to ensure durability and an attractive appearance.
The measurement panel is made of 8 mm transparent acrylic using UV spraying technology. The operation panel is ergonomically designed for convenient student use. - The light switch, window lift switch, rear-view mirror switch, and detection panel are arranged on the same plane, allowing trainees to observe component responses directly and to analyze circuit signals using a multimeter or oscilloscope.
- Students can use a dedicated new-energy vehicle diagnostic tool to read and clear fault codes from the body controller, access live data streams, set parameters, and perform system diagnostics.
- The training platform includes a fault simulation system that allows circuit breaker fault settings for the front lighting system, glass lifting system, and rear lighting system.

I. Product Description
The Low-Voltage Electrical System Training Platform integrates the lighting system, comfort system, and body low-voltage electrical system. Each component is fixed to the platform according to the relative position of the original vehicle, intuitively displaying the structural layout and working principles of the pure electric vehicle’s low-voltage system.
The platform enables students to understand the structural cognition and diagnostic functions of the low-voltage electrical system. It is equipped with a detection panel that allows measurement and analysis of the control circuits and each subsystem.
