This training device was developed based on the electrical control circuits and practical electronic circuits required for the primary and intermediate-level electrician skills assessment and training issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security. Through hands-on training with this device, trainees can quickly master the practical techniques and operational skills required for this course.

It is targeted, practical, scientific, and advanced. This device is not only suitable for student training but also an ideal tool for various labor and vocational skills assessment departments, colleges, universities, vocational schools, and technical schools for primary and intermediate-level electrician skills assessments.

Features:

1. All electrical control circuit components are mounted on a mounting plate, making operation convenient and replacement easy, facilitating functional expansion or the development of new training programs. The selected operational content is typical, practical, and scientific. The operating table only requires a three-phase four-wire AC power supply for use.

2. The control circuits and specially designed small motors used for skills training can simulate various electrical drive systems in a factory, meeting the requirements for installation, debugging, fault analysis, and troubleshooting skills training for electricians.

3. In the relay contact control circuit training, all components are led to the terminals via wires. Students only need to connect the wires to the terminals, which helps protect the components. Wiring is done through cable trays during training, providing practical wiring practice.

4. Contactors and thermal relays, among other electrical components, are all from well-known domestic and international brands, ensuring the quality and performance of the equipment.

5. Voltage-type and current-type leakage current protectors are provided to ensure operator safety. Each power output has monitoring and short-circuit protection functions. In case of misoperation or short circuit caused by wiring errors during training, the device automatically protects against blown fuses and damage to electrical appliances, ensuring the smooth progress of the training.

6. The connection between the training circuit and the device power supply is made via safety sockets and highly reliable sheathed pistol-type connectors, ensuring safety and speed.

7. The device has a three-phase power output short-circuit soft-cutoff protection function, preventing short circuits and component damage due to wiring errors or misoperation during training. This ensures the smooth progress of the training and saves on training costs.
