Product Overview:

Based on a real BYD pure electric vehicle power battery, this product includes the power battery pack, battery management unit, and other components. It fully demonstrates the internal structure, control principles, and performance parameters of the power battery, making it suitable for teaching the principles of pure electric vehicle power battery systems in vocational schools and training institutions.

Features:
1. Uses an original BYD power battery pack (including a BMS management system). The power battery pack employs a distributed battery management system, consisting of a battery management controller (BMC), a battery information collector, and battery sampling lines.

2. The main functions of the battery management controller include charge/discharge management, contactor control, power control, battery abnormal state alarms and protection, SOC/SOH calculation, self-testing, and communication functions. The main functions of the battery information collector include battery voltage sampling, temperature sampling, battery equalization, and sampling line abnormality detection. The main function of the power battery sampling lines is to connect the battery management controller and the battery information collector, enabling communication and information exchange between them.

3. All major components are mounted on a platform with electrical connections identical to those in a real vehicle. They can be easily disassembled after power is off, allowing trainees to master the key points of high-voltage system component disassembly and assembly, as well as safety protection, during the disassembly and reassembly process. The battery pack cover uses an acrylic cover with the same shape as the original vehicle battery, making it easier to observe the internal structure of the battery.

4. This training platform provides a power source for training platforms such as the "Drive Transmission System" and "Air Conditioning Control System." The connecting cables are original vehicle accessories and have the same connection method. The training platform is equipped with a 12V power grounding mechanical switch, which can disconnect the 12V ground at any time to cut off the power to the entire system.

5. Intelligent fault assessment function: This mainly consists of two independent systems: a teacher fault setting terminal and a student answering terminal. This system is installed on a mobile terminal. Teachers can connect to the fault setting module using the mobile teaching terminal to set faults. After the fault is set, students take the assessment and answer questions through the mobile learning terminal. The assessment results are automatically stored in the device execution module, making it easy for teachers to check each student's scores.

7. To facilitate the identification and measurement of sensors and actuators, and to reproduce the actual vehicle testing scenario while reducing plug damage caused by plug insertion and removal, a detection end of ≥5cm is required to be connected in parallel next to the original vehicle wiring harness plug. The testing end is made of transparent acrylic material, laser-engraved and flatbed sprayed, with a shape identical to the original vehicle connector plane. The measuring end uses dedicated testing terminals, labeled with the measurement angle number and sensor/actuator name. Electrical signals such as resistance, voltage, current, and frequency signals can be directly measured at the measuring terminals of each sensor, actuator, and engine control unit pin. Parameter changes under various conditions can be monitored in real time using a multimeter and oscilloscope.

8. The training platform is assembled with a European standard aluminum profile frame, ensuring sturdiness, reliability, and colorfastness. Four casters are installed at the bottom of the platform for flexible movement, and the casters also have self-locking devices to fix the position. A dedicated vehicle decoder is used to read OBDII interface fault codes, maximizing the authenticity of vehicle fault data and operational accuracy.

9. The high-voltage components of the platform are protected by high-transparency acrylic glass, with necessary openable windows for connecting high-voltage components. This ensures that the high-voltage components and cables in the equipment are not damaged during daily storage, preventing any degradation in insulation performance.

10. The training platform panel is printed with circuit diagrams and equipped with detection ports. Using a multimeter and oscilloscope, parameter changes under various conditions can be monitored in real time. A training manual is included with the training platform.
