Product Overview:

This model uses a real vehicle's electronic fuel pump assembly as a prototype. Through professional dissection, color-coded sections, and structural reinforcement, it fully demonstrates the internal structure of the electric fuel pump and the working principle of electronic fuel supply. It is a dedicated dissection teaching tool for teaching automotive engine electronic control systems and fuel supply systems.

The model retains key components such as the pump body, motor, check valve, pressure relief valve, filter, and fuel level sensor. The clear cross-sections allow for direct observation of the internal structure and fuel line routing. It is suitable for classroom teaching, practical demonstrations, and structural explanations, helping students quickly understand the structural composition, working process, and control principles of electronic fuel pumps.

Features:
1. Dissected using a complete fuel pump assembly (with all accessories), all components are included, providing a comprehensive display of the assembly's internal and external structure.

2. Through dissection and different colors painted on each section, the mechanical structure of the internal and external components and their assembly relationships are clearly displayed.

3. The equipment base frame (with shock-absorbing pads) is made of 1.5mm cold-rolled steel sheet, stamped and coated. The shock-absorbing rubber pads are fixed to the base with M6*4 screws.

Training Projects:
I. Structural Understanding Training

II. Working Principle Demonstration Training

III. Circuit and Sensor Testing Training

IV. Oil Circuit Function and Fault Analysis Training

V. Disassembly and Assembly Training
