The Automotive Electrical and Electronic Training Platform is a skills training device developed to meet the requirements of the experimental training syllabus for courses such as "Power Electronics Technology" and "Semiconductor Converter Technology" offered in colleges and universities, and incorporating relevant content from the "Vocational Skills Appraisal Training Textbook: Maintenance Electrician (Advanced)" published by Shanghai Science and Technology Press.
It can also serve as a skills training device for beginner, intermediate, advanced, technician, and senior technician levels, featuring fault setting and troubleshooting functions for convenient student assessment.
Features:
1. Safe and Reliable:
This device is powered by an isolation transformer and has grounding and leakage protection functions, meeting relevant national safety standards to ensure personal safety. Two different types of experimental connection wires are provided according to the characteristics of different experimental projects. The high-voltage part uses a high-reliability sheathed pistol-type connection wire (eliminating any possibility of electric shock), while the low-voltage part uses a flexible beryllium light copper exposed structure connection wire. Both types of wires can only be used with sockets with corresponding inner holes, greatly improving the safety and rationality of the experiments.

The device can meet the experimental teaching needs of various schools' courses. The depth and breadth of experiments can be flexibly adjusted as needed, and popularization and advancement can be organically combined according to the teaching progress. The device adopts a hanging-type structure, making replacement convenient. If expansion of functions or development of new experiments is required, only additional components need to be added; it will never become obsolete.

The experimental hanging unit adopts a segmented structure, with the experimental principle diagram and test points on the front, enhancing students' perceptual and rational understanding of the experimental content.
