Product Introduction:

This equipment uses the original B5 vehicle starting system as a base, fully demonstrating the system's structure and operation.

Features:
1. A fully functional starting system, demonstrating its components.
2. Operating the starter switch activates the starter motor, realistically demonstrating the starting system's operation. The voltmeter and ammeter on the panel allow observation of changes in starting current and battery voltage during the starting process.
3. The demonstration board panel is made of 4mm thick high-grade aluminum composite panel, resistant to corrosion, pollution, fire, and moisture, with a special primer coating. The panel features a permanent, color-printed circuit diagram and a clear coat, allowing trainees to visually compare the circuit diagram and the actual device to understand and analyze the starting system's working principle.

4. The demonstration board panel is equipped with testing terminals, allowing direct testing of the electrical signals of various circuit components in the starting system, such as resistance, voltage, current, and frequency signals.

5. The teaching board panel adopts a 1.5mm thick molded aluminum alloy frame structure, which is aesthetically pleasing; the base frame is made of welded steel structure with a spray-painted surface and includes self-locking casters. The teaching board base has a 40cm desktop for convenient placement of documents, light testing instruments, etc.

6. The teaching board panel is equipped with a starter assembly disassembly component, allowing for a direct understanding of the starter assembly structure.
