The drive motor is the power output device of an electric vehicle. Currently, the most widely used type in electric vehicles is the permanent magnet synchronous motor. This training platform uses a BYD original drive motor and gearbox for dissection, fully demonstrating the internal structure and working principle of the electric vehicle drive motor and gearbox.

Features:

It uses a BYD permanent magnet synchronous motor for dissection, fully demonstrating the internal and external structure of the electric vehicle motor mechanism, the motor armature and rotor mechanism, various motor winding methods, and their working principles and processes.

It uses a single-speed gearbox for dissection, fully demonstrating the internal structure of the electric vehicle gearbox, allowing users to understand the structural characteristics of a pure electric vehicle gearbox, which only has two-stage helical gear transmission, with only reduction function and no speed change function.

It is equipped with a high-ratio continuously variable speed motor, installed on the drive motor spindle, controlled by a 19-inch integrated computer. The courseware and software combine to simulate the energy distribution of the entire vehicle's electric drive system under various operating conditions.

Through computer control of the powertrain operation, it visually demonstrates the force transmission path, including five operating states: start, forward driving, reverse, deceleration, and parking/idling.
