Car Cruise Control System Demonstration Board
I. Product Overview:
This product uses a real car cruise control system as its basis, fully demonstrating the system's structure and operation. It is used for teaching the theory and practical maintenance of car cruise control systems. This demonstration board is fully functional, easy to operate, and safe and reliable.
II. Components:
Cruise control actuator, instrument panel, cruise control unit, cruise control switch, throttle body, vehicle speed signal simulation device, brake lights, brake light switch, parking brake light, parking brake light switch, cruise indicator light, diagnostic connector, intelligent fault setting and assessment system interface, mobile test bench, etc. (The component structure may vary slightly depending on the car model).
III. Features:
1. A realistic and functional car cruise control system, fully demonstrating its components.
2. By operating the cruise switch and vehicle speed signal, the cruise state is set, and the cruise control unit controls the cruise motor to adjust the throttle opening. A realistic demonstration of the car cruise control system's operation.
3. The teaching board panel features a color circuit diagram, allowing trainees to visually compare the diagram with the actual components and understand and analyze the working principle of the car's cruise control system.
4. The teaching board panel is equipped with test terminals, allowing direct testing of the electrical signals of various circuit components in the cruise control system, such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency, and waveform signals.
5. The teaching board is equipped with fault indicator lights and a diagnostic connector, enabling self-diagnostic functions such as reading and clearing fault codes for the cruise control unit.
6. The teaching board's base is constructed of welded steel with a baked-on paint finish and features self-locking casters. The base also includes a 40cm tabletop for placing documents and lightweight testing instruments.
