Product Overview:

The Inline Injection Pump Anatomical Model (RSF) is a teaching aid for diesel fuel supply systems, based on a mechanical inline high-pressure fuel injection pump. It utilizes the original pump assembly, meticulously dissected, color-coded, and dynamically modified. The model fully preserves the pump body structure, plunger assembly, delivery valve, camshaft, speed control mechanism, and fuel supply control mechanism. It can be used for static display, dynamic demonstration, and disassembly/assembly training. It is suitable for vocational schools, technical schools, training institutions, and enterprise training centers for teaching and skills training in diesel engine structure principles, fuel supply systems, and high-pressure fuel pump maintenance.

Features:

1. A Cummins inline high-pressure oil pump assembly (with all accessories) is dissected, showcasing all components and providing a comprehensive view of the assembly's internal and external structure.

2. Through dissection and color painting of different sections, the mechanical structure of the internal and external components and their assembly relationships are clearly displayed.

3. The equipment base frame (with shock-absorbing pads) is made of 1.5mm cold-rolled steel sheet, stamped and coated. The shock-absorbing pads are fixed to the base with M6*4 screws.

III. Training Principles

The inline injection pump (RSF) is the core component of the diesel engine fuel supply system. It is a positive displacement high-pressure injection pump. Its core function is to change the pump chamber volume through the reciprocating motion of the plunger, thereby achieving fuel intake and high-pressure delivery. The training model fully retains the original factory structure. Through precise dissection and color-coding, it can be intuitively demonstrated that: the camshaft rotation drives the tappet, which in turn drives the plunger to reciprocate within the plunger sleeve; the plunger... During downward movement, the pump chamber volume increases, creating a vacuum, and fuel is drawn in through the inlet. During upward movement, the pump chamber volume decreases, and the fuel is compressed to high pressure. When the pressure exceeds the delivery valve's opening pressure, the fuel is delivered to the injector via the delivery valve and high-pressure fuel line. The fuel supply is adjusted by rotating the fuel quantity regulating rack, which changes the effective stroke of the plunger. Manually driving the model's handwheel allows for clear observation of the entire dynamic process of the working cycle, visualizing and concretizing the abstract principles.
