Product Overview:
This product is an integrated anatomical teaching model of a cylinder and cylinder head with a camshaft. It utilizes a real engine cylinder block, cylinder head, and valve train assembly, machined to a 1:1 scale. The entire assembly is fixed, structurally complete, and allows for manual demonstration. It is specifically designed for integrated theory and practice teaching of automotive engine mechanical structures, valve timing, and combustion chamber working principles, suitable for college training, corporate training, and skills demonstrations.
Features:
1. Uses a single-cylinder cylinder head assembly (with complete accessories) for dissection, showcasing all components and providing a comprehensive view of the assembly's internal and external structure.
2. Through dissection and different colors applied to each section, the mechanical structure of the internal and external components and their assembly relationships are clearly displayed.
3. The equipment base frame (with anti-vibration pads) is made of 1.5mm cold-rolled steel sheet, stamped and coated. The anti-vibration pads are secured to the base with M6*4 screws.
Training Project:
I. Basic Training Information
Target Audience:
Students majoring in Automotive Inspection and Repair, Engine Repair
Core Objectives:
1. Master the structure and function of core components of the cylinder, cylinder head, and valve train;
2. Understand camshaft drive, valve opening and closing rules, and valve timing principles;
3. Standardize model disassembly and assembly and valve clearance adjustment, and identify common faults.
II. Training Content and Steps
