Product Overview:

This product is a cross-sectional anatomical teaching model specifically developed for teaching and practical training of gasoline engine fuel supply systems. Based on the diaphragm-type mechanical fuel pump commonly used in passenger vehicles, it is a 1:1 scale replica of a real vehicle, employing a longitudinal cross-section process to fully demonstrate the pump's internal mechanical structure, fuel line routing, diaphragm movement, and the entire fuel supply process. Through a "transparent and visible + dynamic demonstration" approach, it helps students intuitively understand the working principle, pressure build-up mechanism, and key maintenance points of the fuel pump. It is suitable for vocational schools, technical colleges, and automotive repair training institutions to conduct integrated theory and practice teaching of engine fuel systems.

Features:

1. The fuel pump assembly (with complete accessories) is dissected, with all components present, comprehensively showcasing the assembly's internal and external structure.

2. Different colors are used for the dissection and the different sections, clearly revealing the mechanical structure of the internal and external components and their assembly relationships.

3. The equipment base frame (with shock-absorbing pads) is made of 1.5mm cold-rolled steel sheet, stamped and coated. The shock-absorbing rubber pads are fixed to the base with M6*4 screws.
