Product Overview:

This product utilizes the powertrain system of BYD pure electric vehicles, including the electric motor assembly, drive and transmission system components, gear controller, energy recovery system, braking system, front and left steering knuckle assemblies, half-shafts, brakes and auxiliary mechanisms, electronic throttle pedal, and a testing panel. It allows for practical operation of the pure electric powertrain system during starting, acceleration, and deceleration, realistically demonstrating its structure and operation. It is suitable for teaching purposes related to the maintenance and training of pure electric powertrain systems.

Features:
1. The product uses a drive motor system disassembled from a BYD original vehicle, fully demonstrating the structure and operation of a pure electric vehicle drive system.

2. It demonstrates, teaches, and trains on the following knowledge points: types, structure, and working principle of permanent magnet synchronous motors; main technical specifications of the motor; motor output characteristics; structure and principle of rotary transformers; fault detection of rotary transformers; inverter principle; static and dynamic parameters of IGBT power transistors, etc.

3. Equipped with an original factory dashboard, capable of real-time display of power transmission process, vehicle speed, and electronic control system fault indicator lights, among other parameter changes.

4. The training platform is equipped with accelerator and brake pedals, facilitating acceleration, deceleration, and stopping of the pure electric vehicle's drive system.

5. Features an intelligent fault assessment function: primarily composed of two independent systems—a teacher fault setting terminal and a student answering terminal—installed on a mobile terminal. Teachers can connect to the fault setting module using their mobile teaching terminal to configure faults. After fault setting, students complete the assessment via their mobile learning terminal, and the results are automatically stored in the device's execution module for easy teacher access.

6. To facilitate sensor and actuator identification and measurement, while replicating the real-vehicle testing scenario and minimizing connector damage from plug insertion and removal, a detection end ≥5cm is required to be connected in parallel next to the original vehicle wiring harness connector. This detection end is made of transparent acrylic material, laser-engraved and flatbed-painted, and its shape must match the original vehicle connector's planar shape. The measuring end uses dedicated testing terminals, labeled with the measurement angle number and sensor/actuator name. Electrical signals such as resistance, voltage, current, and frequency signals can be directly measured at the measuring terminals of each sensor, actuator, and engine control unit pin. Parameter changes under various conditions can be monitored in real time using a multimeter and oscilloscope.

7. The training platform is assembled with an aluminum profile frame. Four casters are installed at the bottom for flexible movement, and the casters have self-locking devices to fix the position. An OBD-II diagnostic connector is installed on the training platform panel, which can be connected to a dedicated automotive decoder for self-diagnostic functions such as fault code reading, clearing, and data stream reading of the control unit. The training platform panel is printed with circuit diagrams and configured with testing ports, allowing real-time monitoring of parameter changes under various conditions using a multimeter and oscilloscope. A training manual is included with the training platform.
