Product Overview:

The platinum-thermal (hot-wire) air flow meter dissected model is a teaching device based on the actual original automotive platinum-thermal air flow sensor assembly. It is made through precision cutting, color-coded painting, and secure mounting on a dedicated base. Its main purpose is to visually demonstrate the internal structure and component assembly relationships of the platinum-thermal air flow meter, and to assist in explaining its isothermal differential heat diffusion measurement principle and its function in engine electronic control systems. It is a core practical training tool for automotive electronic engine courses.

Features:
1. Uses a dissected air flow meter assembly (with complete accessories), with all components present, comprehensively showcasing the assembly's internal and external structure.

2. Through dissection and different colors painted on each section, the mechanical structure of the internal and external components and their assembly relationships are clearly displayed.

3. The equipment base frame (with anti-vibration pads) is made of 1.5mm cold-rolled steel sheet, stamped and coated. The anti-vibration pads are fixed to the base with M6*4 screws.

Practical Training Project:
I. Training Objectives
Identify the external structure, internal components, and installation location of a platinum-thermal air flow meter.

Understand the principle and signal change logic of hot-wire/hot-film air flow measurement.

Master basic practical skills such as visual inspection, component correspondence, and circuit identification.

Establish a cognitive understanding of the correlation between abnormal intake airflow and engine malfunctions.

II. Target Audience
Vocational school/higher vocational school students majoring in automotive engineering, automotive repair training institutions, and pre-employment training in enterprises.

III. Training Content and Steps

Project 1: Structural Identification and Anatomical Observation

Project 2: Understanding Working Principles

Project 3: Circuit Terminal Testing

Project 4: Fault Phenomenon Analysis (Simulation Teaching)

Project 5: Summary and Assessment
