The Intelligent Platform for New Energy Power Battery PACK Assembly, Adjustment, and Testing Technology is developed to meet the practical needs of vocational schools and other institutions training professionals in electric vehicle technology.
It adopts a three-in-one design model: an industrialized design training platform, a microcomputer-controlled large-screen display, and intelligent teaching software. This combines hands-on training with advanced internet-based electric vehicle teaching methods, enabling students to systematically learn and practice the core components of electric vehicles (individual batteries and BMS battery management systems). Students will gain a clear understanding of battery usage and control, common individual battery fault types and troubleshooting methods, and in-depth knowledge of the components and working principles of high-voltage power distribution modules.
The Intelligent Platform for New Energy Power Battery PACK Assembly, Adjustment, and Testing Technology features a sheet metal structure design and is equipped with an integrated teaching machine with embedded teaching software. The hardware includes a power battery, battery management system, high-voltage distribution box, on-board charger, discharge load, and output high-voltage wiring harness.
Features:
1. The product consists of a power battery pack assembly and adjustment training platform equipped with an intelligent interactive system.
2. The training platform contains four battery pack modules, using lithium iron phosphate power batteries with a single cell capacity of 20AH.
3. Equipped with an automotive-grade distributed battery management system, after battery assembly, the system allows data interaction with the distributed battery management system to monitor relevant power battery pack data.
4. The platform is equipped with a national standard AC charging port and an on-board charger. After data calibration, charging tests can be performed on the battery pack, completing charging circuit principle and practical training.
5. The training platform is equipped with an AC charging gun for convenient charging circuit testing. The platform supports charging from national standard 7kW and below AC charging piles.
6. The platform is equipped with a simulated load system to complete the debugging of the power battery pack's discharge principle circuit.
7. This platform is equipped with a high-voltage distribution box module, enabling teaching and debugging of high-voltage power control circuit principles.
8. The training platform's charging module, high-voltage distribution box module, and distributed battery management system module are encapsulated with transparent acrylic panels, allowing for a clear view of each module's shape and the connection status between them.
9. The platform is constructed from robust cold-rolled steel plates, undergoing rigorous processes including degreasing, pickling, rust-proof phosphating, pure water cleaning, and electrostatic spraying. This results in a natural color, high stability, resistance to deformation, water resistance, and aging resistance. The equipment is equipped with a double-door cabinet.
10. The bottom of the equipment features a double-brake universal caster locking mechanism. The surface uses a high-quality galvanized process, ensuring the strength and hardness of the caster mechanism. Precision steel balls are used internally for rotation, ensuring environmental friendliness, quiet operation, and enhanced safety. The braking system uses large-threaded fixing brake pads for more stable and secure braking.
