This equipment consists of a disassembly and assembly tilting stand for automotive engine assemblies (easy to disassemble and assemble). The tilting stand provides students with hands-on training in engine disassembly and assembly.

1. A realistic, runnable diesel engine, fully demonstrating the composition and working process of a diesel engine. The training platform consists of two parts: the disassembly and assembly tilting stand and the operation and testing control console. The disassembly and assembly tilting stand consists of a diesel engine assembly and an engine disassembly and assembly frame that can rotate 360 ​​degrees. The operation and testing control console consists of a monitor, cooling system, fuel supply system, battery, etc.

2. The disassembly and assembly tilting stand with a speed reducer can rotate at any axial angle and remain stationary, facilitating disassembly and assembly training. An oil collection tray at the bottom facilitates the collection of small parts, water, and oil, ensuring no contact with the ground.

3. The operation and testing control panel is equipped with all the necessary components for starting and running the engine, such as the water tank, fuel tank and fuel pump, display, ignition switch, etc. It connects to the disassembly and tilting stand for oil, water, gas, and electrical connections, allowing for engine operation and testing of engine assembly.

4. The training platform panel is made of 4mm thick high-grade aluminum composite panel, which is corrosion-resistant, impact-resistant, stain-resistant, fireproof, and moisture-proof. The surface is treated with a special primer coating; the panel is printed with a color circuit diagram that will never fade, and the surface is coated with a clear varnish. Students can visually compare the circuit diagram with the actual engine to understand and analyze the working principle of the control system.

5. The training platform panel is equipped with a display that shows parameters such as engine speed in real time. The panel also has testing terminals, allowing direct testing of electrical signals from various sensors and actuators, such as resistance, voltage, and current. The training platform is equipped with a main power switch, flywheel protective cover, and other installation protection devices.

6. The training platform base is constructed of welded steel structure with a powder-coated surface. It features self-locking casters for easy movement, safety, reliability, and durability.
