Engine Electronic Control System Demonstration Board

I. Product Overview:
This demonstration board is based on the original factory engine electronic control system, realistically demonstrating the structure, principles, and working process of the automotive engine electronic control system, including practical operation of fault detection and diagnosis, fault simulation and troubleshooting, etc. It is suitable for practical training needs in various types of colleges and training institutions for theoretical and maintenance training of automotive engine electronic control systems.

II. Composition and Structure:
This demonstration board features comprehensive training functions, convenient operation, safety and reliability, and an aesthetically pleasing design. The system consists of the original engine ECU, fuel injector assembly, fuel injector cup, ignition system (ignition coil, high-voltage wire, spark plugs), crankshaft sensor and signal disc, throttle body assembly, oxygen sensor, knock sensor, coolant temperature sensor, intake air temperature sensor, intake air pressure sensor, fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator, instrument cluster, ignition switch assembly, and analog RPM regulator.

III. Functional Features:
1. Realistically demonstrates the structure, principle, and working process of the electronic control system of a gasoline engine with electronic fuel injection.
2. By adjusting the engine speed and fuel injector cup, it provides a more intuitive demonstration of the structure, principle, and working process of the fuel injection system of a gasoline engine with electronic fuel injection.
3. By adjusting the engine speed and the external high-voltage coil and spark plugs, it provides a more intuitive demonstration of the structure, principle, and working process of the ignition system of a gasoline engine with electronic fuel injection.
4. By manually adjusting the engine speed analog regulator and analog adjustment knob, the structure, principle, and working process of the following sensors can be observed. Experiments including process and performance testing.
a. Crankshaft sensor;
b. Hall sensor;
c. Water temperature sensor;
d. Intake air temperature sensor;
e. Air flow meter;
5. Anti-theft matching function available.
6. Original diagnostic system, connectable to engine diagnostic tools for reading fault codes and data streams, clearing fault codes, and reading waveforms of sensors and actuators, thus providing a teaching function compatible with diagnostic tools.
7. Fault simulation system can simulate actual operating conditions and set various common engine faults in real vehicles.
8. Voltmeter displays real-time changes in sensors and actuators; LED lights indicate the working status of various actuators such as fuel injector pulses.
9. Pointer-type fuel pressure gauge indicates fuel pressure value.
10. Equipped with original vehicle diagnostic connector, allowing computer diagnostic tools to read fault codes and data streams from the engine electronic control system.
