This pure electric vehicle powertrain disassembly and assembly platform, equipped with a dedicated tilting frame connection mechanism, facilitates the disassembly, assembly, inspection, repair, and assessment of BYD powertrains. The equipment aims to improve students' practical skills and enhance their job adaptability.

Designed to cultivate professional technical personnel needed for the development of the new energy vehicle repair industry, it features a 360° rotating and fixed tilting frame, and comes with optional teaching guidance software, video operation, teaching materials, and repair manuals. This facilitates students' disassembly, assembly, inspection, repair, and assessment of BYD powertrains, fully meeting the teaching needs of vocational schools for the development of new energy vehicle repair.

It allows for data measurement and adjustment practice of the height and depth of the countershaft and differential, as well as calculation practice of selecting countershaft and differential adjustment shims, improving the skill level for competition events and meeting the technical training needs of vocational schools for the "New Energy Vehicle Inspection and Repair" competition.

The equipment can analyze and inspect the wear of the P-gear mechanism and main/secondary shaft gear sets in the BYD E5 powertrain; measure and adjust the height and depth of the secondary shaft and differential; and perform calculation exercises for selecting adjustment shims for the secondary shaft and differential.

3. It can perform disassembly, assembly, and testing of permanent magnet synchronous motors and transmissions; input shaft gear separation and assembly; secondary shaft gear separation and assembly; and differential gear separation and assembly.

4. It meets the technical standards and requirements of the "New Energy Vehicle Testing and Repair" competition in the National Vocational College Skills Competition (Secondary Vocational Group).

5. The frame is made of national standard steel with seamless welding. The metal surface is treated with a spray-painted finish, resulting in a sturdy and aesthetically pleasing finish. A large-area oil tray ensures the "no touching the ground" requirement for automotive repair. The oil pan is made of high-quality stainless steel with seamless welding, making it aesthetically pleasing and easy to clean. The training platform has self-locking casters and adjusting bolts at the bottom for easy movement and fixation.
