I. Product Description

The Hybrid System Training Platform is based on the original vehicle’s hybrid engine and electronic transmission bridge. It enables practical operations such as engine start-up, acceleration, and deceleration, vividly demonstrating the composition, structure, and working process of a hybrid engine system.It is designed to meet the teaching and training requirements of hybrid (oil-electric) engine systems in vocational and technical colleges, universities, and training institutions.

II. Functional Features

  • Fully operational hybrid engine that demonstrates the complete structure and working process of the hybrid power system.
  • The training platform panel is made of 4 mm high-grade aluminum-plastic composite board, which is corrosion-resistant, impact-resistant, pollution-resistant, fireproof, and moisture-proof.
    • The surface is treated with primer spray coating and printed with durable color circuit diagrams.
    • The printed diagrams allow students to visually compare the circuits with the physical hybrid engine, enhancing understanding of control system principles.
  • Equipped with car instruments and multifunctional display screens that show real-time data such as power transmission process, vehicle speed, and electronic control system fault indicators.
  • Includes detection terminals for direct measurement of electrical signals (resistance, voltage, current, frequency) from sensors, actuators, engine control units, automatic transmission units, hybrid power units, and power control unit pins.
  • Fitted with a diagnostic interface compatible with automotive diagnostic tools for reading and clearing fault codes, as well as viewing real-time data streams for systems such as engine, transmission, hybrid power, and power control.
  • The front of the testing panel includes a 20 cm steel tabletop for convenient placement of instruments and documentation.
  • Equipped with a throttle control device for performing acceleration and deceleration demonstrations.
  • Includes safety and protection devices, such as a power main switch, water tank protective cover, and flywheel protective cover.
  • The platform base is constructed from high-strength welded steel structure, treated with a durable spray coating, and equipped with self-locking casters for mobility, safety, and stability.
