Product Overview:
This product is a core teaching equipment for hydraulic systems, specifically designed for vocational schools, technical schools, and engineering machinery training institutions. Based on original factory hydraulic power assemblies (commonly gear pumps, vane pumps, and swashplate axial piston pumps; customized models are available upon request), it uses precise wire-cut dissection and color-coded painting techniques, combined with a stable stand and accompanying teaching materials, to visually present the internal structure, oil circuitry, and energy conversion principles of the hydraulic power unit. It is an integrated solution for theoretical instruction, structural understanding, disassembly and assembly training, and fault diagnosis.
Features:
1. Uses an ABS hydraulic power unit assembly (with complete accessories) for dissection, showcasing all components and comprehensively displaying the assembly's internal and external structure.
2. Through dissection and different colors for each section, the mechanical structure of the internal and external components and their assembly relationships are clearly displayed.
3. The equipment base frame (with anti-vibration pads) is made of 1.5mm cold-rolled steel sheet, stamped and coated. The anti-vibration pads are fixed to the base with M6*4 screws.
