Through high-precision cutting, sectioning, reinforcement, and color separation, it fully preserves the internal structure and assembly relationships. It is specifically designed for teaching, training, demonstration, and skills assessment in mechanical engineering, automotive repair, construction machinery, hydraulics, and pneumatics. The model intuitively displays the internal structure and working process of the hydraulic pump, achieving "theoretical visualization, structural transparency, and dynamic principle," effectively improving teaching effectiveness and training quality.
Features:
1. The model uses a complete hydraulic pump assembly (with all accessories) for dissection, showcasing all components and comprehensively displaying the assembly's internal and external structure.
2. Different colors are used for each section and section, clearly revealing the mechanical structure of the internal and external components and their assembly relationships.
3. The equipment base frame (with anti-vibration pads) is made of 1.5mm cold-rolled steel sheet, stamped and coated. The anti-vibration pads are fixed to the base with M6*4 screws.
