Online Testing and Training Equipment for Pure Electric Vehicles

I. Product Overview: This equipment converts a brand-new, fully functional BYD E6-2012 Pioneer sedan into an online testing and training vehicle. It can detect and diagnose the dynamic and static signal parameters of the original vehicle's instrument cluster control unit, gateway control unit, P-gear motor control unit, motor control unit, gear position control unit, on-board charger control unit, DC/DC control unit, and high-voltage battery ECU control unit in real time. It is suitable for the teaching needs of secondary and higher vocational colleges, general education colleges, and training institutions for the theoretical and practical training of hybrid electric vehicles.

II. Composition and Structure:
1. One online testing training vehicle (brand new BYD e6 2012 Pioneer sedan);
2. One set of fault setting controller;
3. One set of air conditioning high and low pressure gauges;
4. One set of vehicle testing training platform;
5. One set of intelligent fault setting and assessment system;
6.One set of aviation plugs and connecting cables;

III. Functional Features:
1. Complete vehicle structure, all control systems, sensors, and actuators are complete and can operate normally;
2. Can display dynamic and static signal parameters of the entire vehicle through the original vehicle instrument panel (e.g., energy monitor screen, vehicle speed, gear display, and various operating condition indicator lights, etc.);
3. Constructs a mobile "vehicle testing training platform" that can be used for testing and training of the following control systems:
Combination instrument control unit;
Gateway control unit;
P gear motor control unit;
Motor control unit;
Gear control unit;
On-board charger control unit;
DC/DC control unit;
High-voltage battery ECU control unit;
4. The "Teaching Demonstration Board" connects to the vehicle via a dedicated wiring harness, ensuring the vehicle's functionality remains intact and all original features are preserved even after disconnection.
5. The automotive testing training platform panel is made of 4mm thick high-grade aluminum-plastic composite board, resistant to corrosion, impact, pollution, fire, and moisture. The surface is treated with a special primer coating. The panel features a color-printed, fade-resistant circuit diagram and is coated with a clear varnish. Trainees can directly compare the circuit diagram with the actual vehicle components to understand and analyze the working principles of each control system.
6. The automotive testing training platform panel is equipped with testing terminals, allowing direct testing and training on the original vehicle's instrument cluster control unit, gateway control unit, P-gear motor control unit, motor control unit, gear position control unit, on-board charger control unit, DC/DC control unit, high-voltage battery ECU control unit, etc.
7. The automotive testing training platform is equipped with a diagnostic connector on its panel, allowing connection to dedicated or universal automotive decoders. This enables self-diagnostic functions such as reading and clearing fault codes and reading data streams for electronic control systems including the instrument cluster control unit, gateway control unit, P-gear motor control unit, motor control unit, gear position control unit, on-board charger control unit, DC/DC control unit, and high-voltage battery ECU control unit.
8. The platform panel utilizes a 1.5mm thick molded aluminum alloy frame structure, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing appearance. The base frame is constructed of welded steel with a powder-coated finish and features self-locking casters.
9. Equipped with an intelligent fault setting and assessment system: Utilizing the latest MCU technology and RAM processing chip-based digital integrated circuit board, along with a matching wireless fault setting control system, this patented system is stable and resistant to viruses.
The control module (PC control terminal or handheld mobile control terminal) and drive module (intelligent fault setting drive box) are separated, avoiding complex wiring that could interfere with the controller, thus enhancing system reliability.
The driver module incorporates an intelligent fault device control system, equipped with a dedicated new type of wireless data transmission module (pluggable) and an RS232 serial communication interface, enabling both wireless networking and wired RS232 communication.
Practical training and assessment can be conducted via a PC control terminal or a handheld mobile control terminal. The teacher and student interfaces are separate; the teacher enters the teacher's interface with a password to set questions, while students answer questions on the regular interface.
