Power Battery Assembly Training Platform

Product Overview:

Selected from mainstream new energy lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) power batteries, the cells come in two sizes: 3.2V 20AH and 3.2V 50AH. These cells are housed in a square aluminum shell and are used in electric vehicles by companies like Nanjing Jinlong and Zotye. Two of each type of cell are provided, allowing for voltage and internal resistance measurements, fostering a fundamental understanding of LiFePO4 (prismatic) power batteries.

Features:

1. The cells are placed on a platform, allowing participants to measure the voltage and internal resistance of different cell models and gain an understanding of the 3.2V voltage platform and basic parameters of LiFePO4 power batteries. The cells can be recharged with a self-contained charger.

2. The training platform consists of a movable stand and a principle panel. The panel stands upright, displays 3D anatomical diagrams, introduces basic knowledge about cells, and demonstrates the basic parameters of LiFePO4 power batteries. The platform has four casters for flexible mobility and self-locking mechanisms for secure positioning.

3. The platform comes with two fully dissected LiFePO4 cells, providing a realistic view of the internal structure of LiFePO4 batteries. The equipment frame is constructed of 40mm x 40mm integrated aluminum alloy profiles, which are oil-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean. The countertop is paved with 32mm thick, colored, high-density composite panels.
