1. Scope of Supply

The supplier shall provide complete Basic Refrigeration Training Device, fully assembled, tested, and ready for operation, including all standard accessories, documentation, and training materials as specified herein.

The equipment shall be designed for vocational and technical education in refrigeration and air-conditioning fundamentals with RFID power management system including installation, operation, control, maintenance, and troubleshooting.


2. General Description

The Basic Refrigeration Training Device shall be a fully operational refrigeration system configured on a movable training bench. The system shall replicate the structure and working principles of a split-type air-conditioning unit and allow hands-on practice of:

  • Refrigeration cycle operation
  • Electrical control circuit wiring
  • System commissioning and debugging
  • Maintenance and fault diagnosis
  • Performance measurement and analysis

The system shall include clearly arranged and labeled components, transparent observation ports, complete refrigeration piping, and fully wired electrical circuits suitable for instructional use.

Refrigerant used shall be R134a or equivalent environmentally acceptable refrigerant.


3. Construction Requirements

3.1 Mechanical Structure

  • Bench-type structure constructed from aluminum profile and sheet metal
  • Overall dimensions (Minimum):
    1200 (L) × 700 (W) × 1600 (H) mm
  • Mounted on four casters:
    • Two (2) with brakes
    • Two (2) without brakes
  • Front demonstration panel with:
    • Screen-printed refrigeration circuit diagram
    • Color-coded piping (red/blue to indicate refrigerant state)
    • Clearly marked component layout

The RFID system shall allow card-based activation of the equipment and enable instructional management control.
