Product Overview:
This product is based on a real vehicle's Electric Power Steering (EPS) mechanism. It utilizes a sectional view, color-coded markings, and structural reinforcement process, making it a specialized anatomical teaching aid for automotive chassis and electric steering systems. It visually demonstrates the mechanical structure, power steering transmission, and motor control principles of electric power steering.
The model retains core components such as the steering transmission, power steering motor, torque sensor, and reduction mechanism. The cross-sections are clear, and the model can be manually rotated for demonstration. It is suitable for classroom teaching, practical training demonstrations, and structural explanations, helping students quickly understand the working process and fault mechanisms of electric power steering.
Features:
1. The model is dissected using a fuel pump assembly (with complete accessories). All parts are included, providing a comprehensive display of the assembly's internal and external structure.
2. Different colors are used for the dissection and the different sections, clearly showing the mechanical structure of the internal and external components and their assembly relationships.
3. The equipment base frame (with shock-absorbing pads) is made of 1.5mm cold-rolled steel sheet, stamped and coated. The shock-absorbing pads are fixed to the base with M6*4 screws.
Practical Training Projects:
I. Structural Cognition Training
II. Working Principle Demonstration Training
III. Dynamic Motion and Assist Transmission Training
IV. Circuit and Sensor Testing Training
V. Fault Simulation and Analysis Training
VI. Disassembly and Assembly Training
