Product Overview:

Based on a real BYD pure electric vehicle air conditioning system, this product includes the evaporator assembly, PTC heating control system, electric compressor, air conditioning controller assembly, condenser assembly, central control entertainment system (integrated air conditioning control), high and low pressure pipeline expansion valve assembly, etc. It is used in conjunction with a new energy vehicle power battery management system training platform, suitable for vocational colleges and universities to teach the principles of pure electric vehicle air conditioning systems.

Features:
1. This product uses the original BYD vehicle air conditioning system. A real, working automotive air conditioning system, fully demonstrating the composition and working process of an automotive air conditioning system.

2. Equipped with intelligent fault assessment function: It mainly consists of two independent systems: a teacher fault setting terminal and a student answering terminal, installed on a mobile terminal. Teachers can connect to the fault setting module using their mobile teaching terminal to set faults. After the fault setting is completed, students take the assessment through their mobile learning terminal. The assessment results are automatically stored in the device execution module, allowing teachers to easily check each student's scores.

3. To facilitate sensor and actuator identification and measurement, and to replicate the real-vehicle testing scenario while minimizing connector damage from plug insertion and removal, a ≥5cm detection terminal must be connected in parallel next to the original vehicle wiring harness connector. The detection terminal is made of transparent acrylic material, laser-engraved and flatbed-painted, with a shape identical to the original vehicle connector's planar shape. The measurement terminal uses dedicated detection terminals, labeled with the measurement angle number and the sensor/actuator name. Electrical signals such as resistance, voltage, current, and frequency signals from various sensor, actuator, and engine control unit pins can be directly measured at the measurement terminals. Parameter changes under various conditions can be monitored in real time using a multimeter and oscilloscope.

4. The training platform is assembled from an aluminum profile frame. Four casters are installed at the bottom for flexible movement, and the casters have self-locking devices for fixed positioning. The training platform panel is equipped with a pressure gauge and a temperature gauge, which can display real-time changes in air conditioning pipe pressure and inlet/outlet air temperature.

5. The training platform provides students with a hands-on workspace for practicing refrigerant charging and leak detection. The platform panel features a circuit diagram and is equipped with testing ports, allowing real-time monitoring of parameter changes under various conditions using a multimeter and oscilloscope. A training manual is included with the platform.
