I. Product Overview:
This training platform uses an automatic transmission structure, replacing engine power output with a speed-regulating motor. It allows for realistic shifting tests, accurately reflecting the structure and working principle of an automatic transmission. It meets the teaching needs for understanding the structure, working principle, fault setting, and diagnosis of automatic transmissions.

II. Composition:
The platform consists of an automatic transmission assembly, automatic transmission control unit, instrument cluster, shifting mechanism assembly, training panel, diagnostic connector, master cylinder, wheel cylinders, brake discs, brake booster vacuum pump, brake pedal, variable frequency motor, and frequency converter.

III. Functional Features:
1. Utilizing an adjustable geared motor drive, the basic working process can be observed dynamically, such as gear shifting, upshifting, and downshifting.
2. The panel is made of high-quality imported aluminum composite panel, 4mm thick and resistant to deformation. The schematic diagram engraved on the panel surface is a color circuit diagram engraved by a German imported computer laser engraving machine, aesthetically pleasing and durable. The circuit diagram will never fade and is fireproof, waterproof, moisture-proof, corrosion-resistant, and wear-resistant.
3. The experimental platform panel is engraved with a complete schematic diagram and testing terminals of the automatic transmission control system. Various signal parameters from sensors and actuators, such as voltage, resistance, and frequency, can be measured using instruments.
4. The panel is equipped with a combination instrument, speedometer, and main oil pressure gauge, fully displaying vehicle speed changes, automatic transmission gear positions, and main oil pressure.
5. The panel is equipped with LEDs to display gear changes;
6. It can perform automatic transmission stall and lag tests;
7. The experimental platform is equipped with a diagnostic port, which can be connected to a dedicated or universal automotive decoder to perform self-diagnostic functions such as reading fault codes, clearing fault codes, and reading data streams of the electronic control system;
8. The training platform is equipped with a fault setting and assessment device suitable for teaching, which can set one or more common faults of different types to meet the assessment requirements of vocational skills teaching;
9. After setting the fault, students can use dedicated instruments to practice fault diagnosis and troubleshooting, and check the location and content of the set fault point;
