Product Overview:

This product is a sectional dissection teaching model of a hydraulic torque converter with a lock-up clutch. It utilizes a real automatic transmission hydraulic torque converter assembly, machined to a 1:1 scale, and features an integrated design of a fixed bracket and transparent protective structure. It visually demonstrates the combined hydraulic transmission and mechanical lock-up structure, suitable for integrated theory and practice teaching and skills training in courses such as automotive chassis, automatic transmissions, and hydraulic transmissions.

Features:

1. Uses a hydraulic torque converter assembly with a lock-up clutch (all accessories included) for dissection. All components are present, providing a comprehensive display of the assembly's internal and external structures.

2. Through dissection and different colors applied to each section, the mechanical structure of the internal and external components and their assembly relationships are clearly visible.

3. The equipment base frame (with shock-absorbing pads) is made of 1.5mm cold-rolled steel sheet, stamped and coated. The shock-absorbing pads are secured to the base with M6*4 screws.
