Product Overview:

This dissected model of the secondary parking brake valve uses a real automotive secondary parking brake valve assembly as its prototype. Through precise sectioning, color separation, and structural cross-section processing, it visually demonstrates the internal structure, air circuit routing, and working principle of the manual parking brake, emergency brake, and secondary control systems. It is a dedicated dissected teaching tool for automotive air brake systems and commercial vehicle chassis training.

Features:

1. Dissected using a complete secondary parking brake valve assembly (with all accessories), all components are included, providing a comprehensive display of the assembly's internal and external structure.

2. Through dissection and different colors applied to each section, the mechanical structure of the internal and external components and their assembly relationships are clearly displayed.

3. The equipment base frame (with shock-absorbing pads) is made of 1.5mm cold-rolled steel sheet, stamped and coated. The shock-absorbing pads are fixed to the base with M6*4 screws.

Training Projects:

Project 1: Component Identification and Structural Understanding

Project 2: Gas Path Flow and Working Principle Analysis

Project 3: Manual Operation and Action Demonstration

Project 4: Disassembly and Assembly Training

Project 5: Fault Simulation and Diagnosis
