Product Overview:

This product uses actual components of a high-pressure common rail fuel injection system as a prototype. It is manufactured through overall dissection, color coding, and structural fixation, fully showcasing core components such as the high-pressure fuel pump, common rail, injectors, pressure sensor, flow control valve, and electronic actuator. It visually presents the entire process and working principle of high-pressure generation, common rail pressure accumulation, electronic control, and timed and metered injection.

Features:
1. Dissected using a complete diesel common rail injection system assembly (with all accessories), all components are present, providing a comprehensive display of the assembly's internal and external structure.

2. Through dissection and different colors applied to each section, the mechanical structure of the internal and external components and their assembly relationships are clearly displayed.

3. The equipment base frame (with anti-vibration pads) is made of 1.5mm cold-rolled steel sheet, stamped and coated. The anti-vibration pads are fixed to the base with M6*4 screws.

Practical Training Project:
I. Training Objectives
1. Identify the overall structure of a anatomical model of a diesel common rail injection system, accurately identifying the core components and their installation locations, including the high-pressure fuel pump, common rail, electronic fuel injector, pressure sensor, flow control valve, and electronic actuator.

2. Understand the core working principle of the common rail system: "high-pressure generation, common rail pressure accumulation, electronic control, and timed and quantitative injection," and master the adjustment logic of the electronic control unit (ECU) for injection quantity, injection timing, and injection pressure.

3. Master the methods for visual inspection, circuit terminal identification, and basic testing of key components of the common rail system, and be able to use a multimeter to perform simple parameter measurements and anomaly diagnosis.

4. Establish a correlation between common common rail system faults and engine operating phenomena (such as black smoke, insufficient power, and unstable idling), and possess basic fault analysis and troubleshooting skills.

5. Standardize the operation of training equipment, cultivate rigorous training habits, and lay the foundation for subsequent diesel electronic engine maintenance and fault diagnosis.

II. Target Participants

Vocational school/higher vocational school students majoring in automotive inspection and repair, new energy vehicles, and diesel engines; trainees of automotive repair training institutions; and after-sales technicians and agricultural machinery repair personnel undergoing pre-employment/skills enhancement training.

III. Training Content and Steps (Divided into 5 projects, progressing step by step)

Project 1: Common Rail System Anatomical Structure Identification and Component Recognition

Project 2: Common Rail System Working Principle Demonstration and Understanding

Project 3: Key Component Circuit Testing and Parameter Measurement

Project 4: Common Fault Simulation and Analysis (Teaching Simulation)

Project 5: Training Summary and Assessment
