Product Overview:

Based on a real hybrid power system, this equipment mainly consists of an engine assembly, drive axle, instrument cluster, frequency converter assembly, HV battery assembly, fuel supply system, control unit, multi-functional fault simulation diagnostic box, testing and teaching panel, and a movable operating platform.

It enables practical operation of starting, acceleration, and deceleration, realistically demonstrating the dynamic operation of a hybrid power system.

The equipment employs a detection and fault setting method, allowing the training platform to collect and detect signals and compare them with abnormal operating conditions, efficiently training students to master the skills to solve related problems of this power system.

Suitable for the teaching needs of various colleges and training institutions for the structure, working principle, fault diagnosis, and repair of hybrid power systems, this experimental equipment is easy to operate and safe and reliable.

1. A fully functional hybrid power system, demonstrating its operation during low-speed driving, acceleration, and deceleration.

2. The experimental platform panel features a color-coded circuit diagram of the hybrid power electronic control system. The wiring is color-coded double-wire, consistent with the original manufacturer's manual. Internal diagrams of actuators and sensors are also included, allowing students to visually compare the circuit diagram with actual components and control modules to understand and analyze the working principles of the control system.

3) Structure and Principle: Explains the principle and structure of hybrid power with voice and pictures, and uses lights to indicate the location of components.

4) Control System: Explains the working principles of important ECUs and components with voice and pictures.

5) Operating Conditions: Explains the principles of various hybrid power operating conditions with voice and pictures.
