Product Overview:
The Electronic Diesel Control (EDC) inline injection pump dissection model is a physical dissection teaching device designed specifically for automotive vocational schools, internal combustion engine training institutions, and repair shops. Based on a real diesel engine's electronically controlled inline high-pressure injection pump assembly, it undergoes precise sectioning and processing to clearly present the mechanical structure, electronic control actuators, and oil circuit routing of the EDC system. It is used to intuitively explain the working principle, disassembly and assembly process, and fault diagnosis logic of the electronically controlled inline pump.
Features:
1. Uses a diesel engine high-pressure fuel pump assembly (with complete accessories) for dissection. All components are included, providing a comprehensive display of the assembly's internal and external structure.
2. Through dissection and different colors applied to each section, the mechanical structure of the internal and external components and their assembly relationships are clearly displayed.
3. The equipment base frame (with anti-vibration pads) is made of 1.5mm cold-rolled steel sheet, stamped and coated. The anti-vibration pads are fixed to the base with M6*4 screws.
