Automotive Airbag Demonstration Board
I. Product Overview:
This product is equipped with an airbag/seatbelt pretensioner system, fully demonstrating the composition and working process of an automotive airbag system. It is used for teaching the theory and practical maintenance of automotive airbag systems. This demonstration board is fully functional, easy to operate, and safe and reliable.
II. Composition:
Airbag computer, driver's side airbag, passenger's side airbag, driver's side seatbelt pretensioner, passenger's side seatbelt pretensioner, collision trolley, collision guide rail, control circuit board, air lines, air tank, intelligent fault setting and assessment system interface, mobile platform, etc.
III. Functional Features:
1. A realistic and operable airbag and seatbelt pretensioner system, fully demonstrating the composition and structure of the airbag and seatbelt pretensioner system.
2. Manipulating the collision trolley simulates a car collision process; the simulated airbags on both sides rapidly inflate, realistically demonstrating the working process of the automotive airbag system (the airbag computer can be continuously repaired and subjected to repeated collisions/Volkswagen airbag computers can be repaired multiple times with specialized instruments).
3. The teaching board panel features a color-printed circuit diagram, protected by acrylic glass. Students can visually compare the diagram with the actual components to understand and analyze the working principle of the automotive airbag system.
4. The teaching board panel is equipped with test terminals, allowing direct testing of the electrical signals of various circuit components in the airbag system, such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency, and waveform signals.
5. The teaching board panel includes fault indicator lights and a diagnostic connector, allowing connection to dedicated or universal automotive decoders for self-diagnostic functions such as reading and clearing fault codes from the airbag control unit.
6. The teaching board's base is constructed of welded steel with a baked-on paint finish and features self-locking casters.
