Automotive Hybrid Power System Demonstration Board
I. Product Overview:
This equipment is based on the original automotive hybrid power system and allows for practical operation of the system during startup and operation, realistically demonstrating its structure and working process. It is suitable for teaching the automotive hybrid power system and its maintenance training needs in vocational colleges, higher vocational schools, and training institutions.
II. Functional Features:
1. This equipment demonstrates a series-parallel hybrid power system, dynamically simulating the energy flow direction and the operating status of the electric motor, engine, and generator under various conditions including startup, low-speed driving, normal driving, full-speed driving, deceleration, and parking.
2. The demonstration board panel is made of 4mm thick high-grade aluminum composite panel that is corrosion-resistant, impact-resistant, stain-resistant, fireproof, and moisture-proof. The panel is printed with color circuit diagrams and working principle schematics that will never fade, and the surface is coated with a clear varnish. Students can intuitively compare the automotive hybrid power system structure diagram and the actual device to understand and analyze the working principle of the automotive hybrid power system.
3. The demonstration board panel is equipped with an ignition switch, accelerator pedal, gear shift switch, brake switch, digital tachometer, etc., supplemented by LEDs for dynamic indication of system flow. It also features three simulated motors to demonstrate the operating status of the engine, electric motor, and generator respectively.
4. The demonstration board's base frame is constructed of welded steel with a powder-coated finish and includes self-locking casters.
5. The demonstration board operates on standard 220V AC power, which is converted to 12V DC power through internal circuitry. No battery is required, reducing charging inconvenience. The 12V DC power supply has short-circuit protection.
