Product Overview:

This course focuses on the structure, working principle, and charging/discharging relationships (P, V, I) of power battery packs. It utilizes a mainstream 76.8V lithium iron phosphate (LFP) power battery pack and employs the same distributed battery management and high-voltage connection methods as in actual vehicles. Through hands-on practice, students will master the working principles and circuit connections of core components of new energy power battery packs, as well as the connection and control relationships between various components. It also cultivates students' ability to analyze and troubleshoot faults in LFP power battery packs.

Features:

Employs a power battery pack with 24 LFP batteries connected in series, allowing for measurements of the high-voltage battery and distribution box.

Utilizes a distributed BMS management system, enabling students to learn about BMS detection signals, management methods, and control logic.

An external display shows important parameters of the test bench, providing real-time display of various battery charging and discharging parameters to aid in learning about the power battery pack. The 76.8V power system offers relatively low voltage, allowing students to measure high-voltage signals.

Features include high-voltage interlocking and a high-voltage maintenance switch (with built-in fuse to protect equipment and personnel in case of excessive current or short circuit). Equipped with an emergency switch, clearly located and easily accessible, providing emergency protection in critical situations.

Features three discharge modules to simulate the changes in various battery parameters under different power discharge conditions. Also includes a step-down system and a standard AC charging system.

The teaching panel includes circuit diagrams and signal detection points to aid in instruction.
