1. Uses a diesel engine high-pressure oil pump assembly (with complete accessories) for dissection, with all components present, comprehensively demonstrating the assembly's internal and external structure.
2. By dissecting the pump and spraying different colors on each section, the mechanical structure of the internal and external components and their assembly relationships are clearly displayed.
3. The equipment base frame (with anti-vibration pads) is made of 1.5mm cold-rolled steel sheet, stamped and coated with a powder coating. The anti-vibration pads are fixed to the base with M6*4 screws.
Training Project:
I. Training Objectives
1. Understand the overall structure of the centrifugal controlled jet pump and accurately identify the names and assembly relationships of core components such as the pump shaft, centrifugal advance mechanism, plunger, and speed control mechanism.
2. Understand the working principle of the centrifugal controlled jet pump and master the complete working process of centrifugal advance angle adjustment, plunger pumping oil, speed control, and high-pressure injection.
3. Master the inspection methods for key components of the centrifugal controlled jet pump and be able to identify common problems such as component wear and jamming.
4. Be able to analyze the causes, phenomena, and basic troubleshooting approaches of typical jet pump failures using the dissected model, improving fault diagnosis capabilities.
5. Familiarize yourself with the basic disassembly and assembly procedures and key points of the jet pump, and cultivate professional ethics in standardized operation.
