This product is a cross-sectional dissection teaching aid specifically designed for teaching and practical training of the fuel supply system of Cummins series diesel engines. Based on the typical inline plunger-type fuel injection pump of a Cummins engine, it is replicated 1:1 according to the actual vehicle structure. Utilizing a longitudinal section and transparent protective structure, it fully demonstrates the internal structure and working process of the Cummins fuel injection pump's plunger fuel supply, fuel quantity regulation, timing control, and transmission mechanism. It is suitable for vocational schools, technical colleges, and diesel vehicle repair training institutions to conduct integrated theory and practice teaching on high-pressure fuel supply, timing control, and fault diagnosis of diesel engines.
Features:
1. Uses a Cummins PT high-pressure fuel pump assembly (with complete accessories) for dissection, with all components present, comprehensively showcasing the assembly's internal and external structure.
2. Through dissection and different colors painted on each section, the mechanical structure of the internal and external components and their assembly relationships are clearly displayed.
3. The equipment base frame (with shock-absorbing pads) is made of 1.5mm cold-rolled steel sheet, stamped and coated. The shock-absorbing rubber pads are fixed to the base with M6*4 screws.
