I. Product Description
he drive motor training platform is designed with a permanent magnet synchronous drive motor assembly, power domain controller, transmission shaft, steering knuckle assembly, electronic parking system, cooling system, brake and accelerator pedals, gear mechanism, and combination instrument.
The platform enables students to simulate and observe drive motor acceleration, deceleration, braking, and parking functions through the control panel. All components are mounted according to their original positions on the vehicle, clearly illustrating the structure and operating principles of the electric drive motor control system.
It supports comprehensive understanding and diagnostic practice for electric drive systems. The built-in detection panel allows direct measurement and analysis of the relevant circuits of the high-voltage all-in-one controller.
II. Product Configuration
The equipment frame is built using 2.5 mm thick square steel tubing as a structural support, and the exterior is formed from 2 mm high-quality steel plates processed through laser cutting and CNC bending for superior strength and finish.
Laser-cut hollow patterns are applied to the bottom frame and detection panel columns, with integrated LED lighting effects that enhance the technological appearance and stimulate student engagement. The measurement panel is made from 8 mm transparent acrylic using UV spray coating, and the operation panel is ergonomically designed for ease of use during training sessions.
Students can utilize a specialized decoder for new energy vehicles to perform system diagnostics on the power domain controller, including reading and clearing fault codes, viewing real-time data, and parameter configuration.
The platform features multiple detection terminals that allow trainees to use multimeters and oscilloscopes to analyze electrical signal characteristics across various circuits. It is also equipped with a wireless fault simulation system, enabling controlled line disconnection scenarios for practical fault analysis.
The motor controller’s upper cover is made from transparent acrylic, allowing observation of its internal structure, including filter capacitors, resolver sensor ports, control circuits, and current sensors.
For safety and stability, the accelerator pedal incorporates a built-in speed limiter to prevent over-acceleration.
The main components of the platform include a permanent magnet synchronous drive motor assembly, high-voltage eight-in-one controller, dual drive shafts, steering knuckle assemblies, brake master and slave cylinders, electronic parking system, cooling system, brake and accelerator pedals, gear-shifting mechanism, combination instrument, one-button start switch, and a wireless fault setting system with ten circuit breaker fault options. The measurement panel includes forty-three detection terminals for comprehensive training applications.
