This training platform uses an original factory-controlled electronically controlled automatic transmission as its base, powered by a speed-regulating three-phase motor. It allows for actual operation of the automatic transmission under various testing conditions, including gear display and shifting. It realistically demonstrates the structure, principles, and working process of an electronically controlled automatic transmission. It is suitable for practical training in the theory and maintenance of automotive electronically controlled automatic transmissions in various types of colleges and training institutions.

Features:
1. The automatic transmission operates normally, with diode displays showing the solenoid valve status.

2. The fault simulation system can simulate actual operating conditions, setting various common faults in real vehicle automatic transmissions. See the fault simulation setting device instructions for details. A pointer-type pressure gauge indicates the main oil passage pressure value.

3. The training platform panel features a color-printed circuit diagram, protected by acrylic glass. Students can visually compare the circuit diagram with the actual engine to understand and analyze the working principle of the control system. The training bench panel is equipped with testing terminals, allowing direct testing of various sensors and actuators, such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency, and waveform signals.

4. Equipped with an original vehicle diagnostic connector, it allows for the use of a computer diagnostic tool to read fault codes and data streams from the automatic transmission electronic control system. The training bench is equipped with a main power switch and protective covers for other rotating parts, among other safety features.

5. The transmission can be used for various practical training exercises. Practical tests such as shifting and automatic upshifting can be performed.

6. The training bench base is constructed with a welded steel structure, and the panel cabinet is stamped and separable from the base. The bench surface is finished with a baked enamel coating and features omnidirectional self-locking casters.
