Product Overview:
This continuously variable transmission (CVT) training platform uses an electronically controlled CVT assembly as its foundation and a variable-speed three-phase asynchronous motor as its power source. It allows for practical operation of the CVT, including gear display, neutral starting, forward gearing, and reverse gearing.
It realistically demonstrates the structure and working process of a CVT, suitable for schools' teaching needs in automatic transmission theory and maintenance training.
Features:
1. A realistically operable CVT, fully demonstrating the working process and structural components of a CVT, such as: torque converter, mechanical transmission, hydraulic control, and electronic control. The motor directly drives the transmission, and the motor and transmission are directly fixed via a coupling.
2. The rated current value specified on the motor nameplate can be set via a frequency converter, enabling overload prevention using an electronic thermal overload relay. To prevent shocks during mechanical equipment start-up/stopping, acceleration/deceleration can be set using an S-curve graph via the frequency converter.
3. The training platform panel features a color-printed circuit diagram and working principle illustration, allowing trainees to visually compare the circuit diagram and the actual components to understand and analyze the working principle of the continuously variable transmission (CVT) control system. The panel is equipped with testing terminals, allowing direct testing of electrical signals such as resistance, voltage, current, and frequency signals from various sensors, actuators, and control unit pins. The panel also features an automotive instrument cluster that displays real-time changes in parameters such as engine speed and vehicle speed.
4. The training platform is equipped with a diagnostic connector, allowing connection to a dedicated or universal automotive decoder for self-diagnostic functions such as reading and clearing fault codes from the CVT electronic control system. The panel displays indicator lights for each CVT solenoid valve, showing their real-time operating status. The training platform is equipped with a main power switch, motor protective cover, and output shaft protective cover, among other safety protection devices.
5. Equipment panel cabinet: Made of 1.5mm cold-rolled steel sheet, with a maintenance door on the back. The base is constructed of welded steel with a powder-coated surface. It features self-locking casters for easy movement, safety, reliability, and durability.
