I. II. Functional Features:
1. Air conditioner demonstration circuit board: The tabletop portion is made of 25mm thick high-density fiberboard with an imported fireproof board veneer, PVC edge banding, and a duckbill-shaped design on the table edges. The tabletop is wear-resistant, heat-resistant, stain-resistant, smoke-resistant, fire-resistant, antibacterial, mildew-proof, antistatic, and easy-to-clean.
2. Simulation board: Made of high-grade copper-clad printed circuit board, the outer frame is injection molded from ABS plastic. The flow of electronic flashlights on the simulation board simulates the flow of Freon in an air conditioner or refrigerator during operation, helping students understand the working principles of air conditioners and refrigerators.
3. AC Power Supply Control Unit: Single-phase three-wire 220V AC power supply; two AC voltmeters (0-250V range) for monitoring mains voltage; two AC ammeters (0-5A and 0-10A ranges respectively) for observing system startup current and monitoring normal operating current; a leakage current protector controls the main power supply to the control panel, which is controlled by a key switch.
4. Refrigeration System Pressure Detection Unit: Provides four vacuum pressure gauges (-0.1-0.9MPa, -0.1-1.5MPa, and -0.1-3.5MPa ranges respectively) for measuring the high and low pressure sides of the air conditioning and refrigerator systems.
5. Temperature Detection Unit: Provides two 3.5-digit digital thermometers, switchable by a band switch to display temperature changes at different points.
6. One set of current-type leakage current protection device: Trips off the power supply if the leakage current to ground exceeds a certain value; includes thermal protection devices for compressor overheating and overload protection.
