Product Overview:

This product is based on the standard needle valve type diesel engine injector (universal structure of pin/hole type). It features precise dissection of the original injector assembly, visualized cross-sections, color-coded markings, and a static display combined with a dynamic, simulated structural design. Specifically designed for teaching the fuel supply system and injector structure principles of diesel engines, it is a core training tool for internal combustion engine, automotive application and maintenance, and construction machinery majors.

Features:
1. Uses a Hall-effect nozzle assembly (with complete accessories) for dissection, showcasing all components and comprehensively displaying the assembly's internal and external structure.

2. Through dissection and different colors applied to each cross-section, the mechanical structure of the internal and external components and their assembly relationships are clearly displayed.

3. The equipment base frame (with anti-vibration pads) is made of 1.5mm cold-rolled steel sheet, stamped and coated. The anti-vibration pads are secured to the base with M6*4 screws.
