Hybrid Electric Vehicle Online Testing and Training Equipment

I. Product Overview:
This equipment converts a brand-new, fully functional 2012 FAW Toyota Prius 1.8L standard sedan into an online testing and training vehicle. It can monitor and diagnose the dynamic and static signal parameters of the vehicle's engine control unit, hybrid power control unit, electronic continuously variable transmission (CVT) control unit, intelligent ECU control unit, high-voltage battery ECU control unit, traction control system (TRC) unit, and automatic air conditioning control unit in real time. It is suitable for the teaching needs of secondary and higher vocational colleges, general education colleges, and training institutions for the theoretical and practical training of hybrid electric vehicles.

II. Composition and Structure:
1. One online testing training vehicle (brand new FAW Toyota Prius 2012 1.8L standard sedan)
2. One fault setting controller;
3. One vacuum gauge;
4. One fuel pressure gauge;
5. One set of air conditioning high and low pressure gauges;
6. One vehicle testing training platform;

III. Functional Features:
1. The vehicle structure is complete, with all control systems, sensors, and actuators fully equipped and in normal operation;
2. The vehicle's dynamic and static signal parameters can be displayed through the original vehicle instrument panel (e.g., hybrid power system indicator screen, fuel consumption record screen, energy monitor screen, vehicle speed, gear display, and various operating condition indicator lights, etc.);
3. A vacuum gauge, fuel pressure gauge, and air conditioning high and low pressure gauges are installed in the driver's cab, which can display the vehicle's dynamic status in real time. Data;
4. The operating parameters of each sensor and actuator in the electronic control system are displayed using LEDs or digital meters;
5. A mobile "Automotive Testing Training Platform" is constructed, which can be used for testing and training the following control systems:

6. The "Automotive Testing Training Platform" is connected to the vehicle via a dedicated wiring harness, ensuring that the vehicle's functions remain intact and all original functions are maintained even after disconnection.
7. The teaching demonstration board panel is made of 4mm thick high-grade aluminum composite panel, which is corrosion-resistant, impact-resistant, stain-resistant, fireproof, and moisture-proof. The surface is treated with a special primer spraying process. The panel is printed with color circuit diagrams that will never fade, and the surface is sprayed with clear varnish. Students can intuitively compare the circuit diagrams with actual vehicles such as the original engine, high-voltage frequency converter and inverter, electronic continuously variable transmission (CVT), intelligent ECU control unit, high-voltage battery, traction control system (TRC) unit, and automatic air conditioning, to understand and analyze the working principles of each control system.
8. The automotive testing training platform panel is equipped with testing terminals, allowing direct testing and training on the original vehicle engine control unit, hybrid power control unit, electronic continuously variable transmission control unit, intelligent ECU control unit, high-voltage battery ECU control unit, traction control system (TRC) unit, and automatic air conditioning control unit.
9. The automotive testing training platform is equipped with a diagnostic connector on its panel, allowing connection to dedicated or universal automotive decoders. This enables self-diagnostic functions such as reading and clearing fault codes and reading data streams for electronic control systems including the engine control unit, hybrid power control unit, electronic continuously variable transmission (CVT) control unit, intelligent ECU control unit, high-voltage battery ECU control unit, traction control system (TRC) unit, and automatic air conditioning control unit.
10. The platform panel utilizes a 1.5mm thick molded aluminum alloy frame structure, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing appearance. The base frame is constructed of welded steel with a powder-coated finish and features self-locking casters.
