Product Overview:
This model is based on a real vehicle's air-fuel (dual-fuel/electronically controlled air-fuel mixture) control assembly. Through precise sectioning, reinforcement, and color-coded section markings, combined with a stable base and optional demonstration circuitry, it is a core teaching and training device specifically designed for automotive vocational schools, training institutions, and automotive enterprise technical centers. It is primarily used for teaching the structural understanding, working principle demonstration, fault diagnosis, and disassembly/assembly practice of air-fuel mixture systems. It helps students intuitively understand key technologies such as air-fuel ratio adjustment, fuel switching, and injection control, bridging the gap between purely theoretical teaching and hands-on practice.
Features:
1. Dissected using an air-fuel mixture control assembly (with complete accessories), all components are present, comprehensively showcasing the assembly's internal and external structure.
2. Through dissection and different color coatings on each section, the mechanical structure of the internal and external components and their assembly relationships are clearly displayed.
3. The equipment base frame (with shock-absorbing pads) is made of 1.5mm cold-rolled steel sheet, stamped and coated. The shock-absorbing rubber pads are secured to the base with M6*4 screws.
Training Projects:
Training 1: Structural Understanding and Component Identification
Training 2: Oil-Gas Mixing Channel and Working Principle
Training 3: Throttle Valve and Idle Speed Control Mechanism Training
Training 4: Regulating Valve and Proportional Control Demonstration
Training 5: Sensor and Electronic Control Interface Understanding
Training 6: Common Fault Simulation and Diagnosis
Training 7: Disassembly, Assembly, and Sealing Inspection
Training 8: Comprehensive Assessment
