Product Overview:
This product is a physical dissection teaching model designed specifically for automotive vocational schools, training institutions, and automotive repair training centers. Based on the original factory hydraulic brake regulator (ABS pressure regulating assembly), it uses precise dissection and professional processing to visually present the regulator's internal core structure, oil circuit layout, and pressure regulation working principle. It is a core teaching tool bridging theoretical teaching and practical repair of automotive braking systems, and is also suitable for skills assessment and showroom demonstrations.
Features:
1. Uses a complete hydraulic brake regulator assembly (with all accessories) for dissection, showcasing all components and comprehensively displaying the assembly's internal and external structure.
2. Through dissection and different colors applied to each section, the mechanical structure of the internal and external components and their assembly relationships are clearly displayed.
3. The equipment base frame (with anti-vibration pads) is made of 1.5mm cold-rolled steel sheet, stamped and coated. The anti-vibration pads are fixed to the base with M6*4 screws.
Training Project:
I. Training Objectives
Master the overall structure, installation location, and function of the hydraulic brake regulator (ABS/ESC pressure regulating unit).
Identify key components such as solenoid valves, pump bodies, accumulators, oil passages, and seals.
Understand the oil circuit routing and working principles of the three pressure regulating conditions: boosting, holding, and depressurizing.
Be able to perform structural analysis, fault logic judgment, and teaching demonstrations using a dissected model.
II. Target Audience
Students/Instructors/Trainers majoring in automotive testing and repair, automotive electromechanical engineering, and new energy vehicle technology.
III. Training Content (6 items in total)
Project 1: Overall Understanding and Component Identification
Project 2: Dissected Section Observation and Structural Analysis
Project 3: Oil Circuit Analysis under Conventional Braking Conditions (ABS Not Working)
Project 4: Demonstration and Analysis of the Three Pressure Regulating Conditions When ABS is Working
Project 5: Typical Fault Simulation and Logic Judgment
Project 6: Training Summary and Assessment
