Lighting and Instrument System Demonstration Board
I. Product Overview:
This demonstration board uses lighting and instrument systems to realistically demonstrate the structure and operation of automotive lighting and instrument systems. It is suitable for practical teaching in lighting and instrument circuit testing and troubleshooting in vocational schools and automotive training institutions, meeting the teaching needs for the structure and working principles of lighting and instrument systems.
II. Components:
Instrument assembly, headlights, turn signals, front fog lights, side lights, combination switch, taillights, license plate light, rear fog light, brake light switch, reversing light switch, fault setting and troubleshooting box, DC12V power supply, wiring diagram, movable stand, instruction manual.
III. Features:
1. The panel displays a complete lighting principle diagram. It has test terminals, allowing for the detection of various signal parameters such as voltage, resistance, and frequency from sensors and actuators using instruments.
2. Operating switches and buttons allows for a realistic demonstration of the lighting system's operation.
3. A digital display shows the voltage value.
4. LEDs display component status.
5. The fault simulation system can simulate actual operating conditions and set various common vehicle faults.
6. High-temperature baking paint treatment for automotive applications; equipped with AC power leakage protection device; protective devices added to rotating components.
7. The base uses an experimental table with a 30cm wide space on the tabletop for placing testing instruments and meters/experiment reports, etc. The surface is painted and equipped with self-locking casters.
8. By connecting the power supply and operating various light switches, headlights, parking lights, taillights, turn signals, reversing lights, brake lights, etc., can be activated, fully demonstrating the working process of the lighting system.
9. The teaching board panel is made of aluminum with anodized paint finish, featuring a high-fidelity color schematic diagram on a UV flat panel. It will not fade, discolor, or deform for 10 years, is durable, aesthetically pleasing, and has aluminum edging for easy viewing.
