Based on a brand-new actual braking system, this platform is suitable for practical training in the construction and maintenance of automotive braking systems in higher vocational colleges and training institutions. It meets the training and teaching needs for the structure, working principle, fault setting, and diagnosis of ABS braking systems.

II. Composition:
This experimental equipment is easy to operate, safe, reliable, and easy to maintain. It includes an ABS/ESP/EBD braking system, electronic control unit, hydraulic control unit, wheel speed sensors, brake pedal, master cylinder, vacuum booster tank, brake disc, brake caliper, brake lines, lateral acceleration sensor, longitudinal acceleration sensor, steering angle sensor, three-phase asynchronous motor, color circuit diagram panel, external detection terminals, intelligent fault setting system, safety protection devices, movable platform, and instruction manual.

III. Functional Features:
1. Based on the original factory ABS/ASR/ESP/EBD braking system assembly, equipped with various related auxiliary control systems, sensors, and actuators.
2. Display Function: The LED lights dynamically display the working process of the ABS/ESP/EBD braking system and can detect wheel braking changes in real time.
3. The training platform frame is made of welded steel structure with a powder-coated surface and is equipped with omnidirectional self-locking casters for convenient teaching.
4. Optional car models available.

IV. Technical Specifications:
1. The measuring panel uses a 4mm thick high-quality double-layer aluminum-plastic board as the base, which is sturdy, durable, and not easily deformed. Imported high-strength, high-adhesion base film material is used, with laser-printed color circuit diagrams and a high-strength protective film covering the surface. The color images are not easy to fade and have anti-fouling, corrosion-resistant, and wear-resistant properties.
