Product Overview:
Based on a physical CAN data transmission network system, this product fully demonstrates the composition and operation of such a system. It is suitable for schools teaching the theory and practical maintenance of automotive CAN data transmission network systems. This equipment meets the "five connections and ten links" teaching requirements of automotive vocational education.
Features:
1. A real, operational CAN data transmission network system, fully demonstrating the composition of an in-vehicle network system. Circuit components controlling various data transmission signals, such as gear shift switches, throttle signals, engine speed signals, coolant temperature signals, anti-theft signals, power window open/close signals, and door lock signals, realistically demonstrate the operation of the CAN data transmission network system.
2. The demonstration board panel is made of high-grade aluminum composite panel that is impact-resistant, stain-resistant, fireproof, and moisture-proof. The surface is treated with a special primer coating. The panel is printed with a color circuit diagram that will never fade. Students can intuitively compare the circuit diagram with the physical component to understand and analyze the working principle of the in-vehicle network system.
3. The teach pendant panel is equipped with test terminals, allowing direct testing of electrical signals of various circuit components in the CAN data transmission network system, such as resistance, voltage, current, and frequency signals.
4. The teach pendant panel is equipped with a diagnostic connector, which can be connected to a dedicated or universal automotive decoder to perform self-diagnostic functions such as ECU code lookup, fault code reading, fault code clearing, data stream reading, actuator testing, parameter setting, waveform analysis, and key matching for control units of the engine system, automatic transmission system, instrument system, ABS system, and comfort system connected to the vehicle network.
5. The teach pendant panel is constructed from 1.5mm cold-rolled steel sheet, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing appearance. The base frame is constructed from welded steel, with a powder-coated surface and self-locking casters.
6. The teach pendant operates on standard 220V AC power, which is converted to 12V DC power through internal circuitry. This eliminates the need for a battery, reducing charging inconvenience. The 12V DC power supply has short-circuit protection.
