Product Overview:

This product is a professional cross-sectional dissection teaching aid developed for teaching and training commercial vehicle air pressure braking systems. Based on the dual-diaphragm relay valve commonly used in commercial vehicles, it recreates the internal structure of a real vehicle at a 1:1 scale. Utilizing a longitudinal sectional view and a transparent shell design, it dynamically demonstrates the working logic and airflow direction of braking, acceleration exhaust, and emergency braking. It is suitable for teaching braking system principles, fault simulation, and troubleshooting training in vocational schools, technical colleges, and automotive repair training institutions.

Features:
1. Dissection uses the relay valve assembly (with complete accessories), with all components included, providing a comprehensive display of the assembly's internal and external structure.

2. Different colors are used for each section during dissection, clearly showing the mechanical structure of the internal and external components and their assembly relationships.

3. The equipment base frame (with anti-vibration pads) is made of 1.5mm cold-rolled steel sheet, stamped and coated. The anti-vibration pads are fixed to the base with M6*4 screws.

Be able to independently complete basic inspections, air pressure demonstrations, and common fault simulation diagnoses of the relay valve.
