This product is a teaching-specific anatomical model designed for positive displacement rotary pumps (mainly cam/tri-lobe type). It is made to scale using a real pump body, preserving the core mechanical structure. Through precise cross-sections, color-coded sections, and a manually/electrically driven demonstration mechanism, it visualizes the core principles of the rotary pump's internal synchronous reverse rotor meshing, closed-chamber volume changes, and oil/liquid circulation. It is primarily used in vocational schools and skills training centers for theoretical and practical training in internal combustion engines, automotive chassis, agricultural machinery hydraulics, and industrial fluid transport courses. It can also serve as a pre-employment structural awareness training tool for new employees.

1. The model is a complete rotary pump assembly (with all accessories), showcasing all components and comprehensively displaying the assembly's internal and external structure.

2. Different colors are used for the cross-sections and sections, clearly revealing the mechanical structure of the internal and external components and their assembly relationships.

3. The equipment base frame (with shock-absorbing pads) is made of 1.5mm cold-rolled steel sheet, stamped and coated. The shock-absorbing rubber pads are fixed to the base with M6*4 screws.

III. Training Principle
The rotary pump is a positive displacement pump. Through the meshing rotation of the driving rotor and the driven rotor, the working volume within the pump chamber changes periodically, achieving liquid suction, sealing, transportation, and discharge. The anatomical model can intuitively demonstrate rotor meshing, changes in chamber volume, oil passage routing, and sealing structure, completely visualizing the internal, invisible movements.
