Product Overview:
This product is a specialized cross-sectional dissection teaching tool developed for professional teaching and training in automotive application and maintenance, automotive electronics technology, etc. Based on the commonly used automotive photoelectric ignition distributor, it is a 1:1 replica of the actual vehicle structure. Utilizing a longitudinal cross-section and transparent protective shell design, it fully displays the internal structure, working principle, signal generation, and ignition transmission process of the photoelectric ignition distributor. It is suitable for vocational schools, technical colleges, and automotive repair training institutions for explaining ignition system principles, component identification, fault simulation, and testing training.
Features:
1. Uses a distributor assembly (with complete accessories) for dissection, with all components included, comprehensively displaying the internal and external structure of the assembly.
2. Through dissection and different colors applied to each section, the mechanical structure of the internal and external components and their assembly relationships are clearly displayed.
3. The equipment base frame (with shock-absorbing pads) is made of 1.5mm cold-rolled steel sheet, stamped and coated. The shock-absorbing pads are fixed to the base with M6*4 screws.
Training Project:
(I) Basic Training Information
1. Training Name: Photoelectric Ignition Distributor Anatomical Model Structure Recognition and Testing Training
2. Applicable Majors: Automotive Application and Maintenance, Automotive Electronics Technology, Mechatronics Technology
(II) Training Objectives
1. Master the structural composition, working principle, and core role of the photoelectric ignition distributor in the automotive ignition system, and distinguish its differences from traditional mechanical ignition distributors.
2. Accurately identify the core components inside the distributor, such as the photoelectric element, signal processing circuit, distributor head, distributor cap, drive shaft, centrifugal advance mechanism, and vacuum advance mechanism, and describe their functions.
3. Understand the complete workflow of the photoelectric ignition distributor: "photoelectric triggering—signal conversion—ignition transmission," and master the photoelectric signal detection method.
4. Independently complete the distributor power-on demonstration, signal measurement, and common fault simulation and diagnosis, and understand the adjustment principle of the ignition advance angle.
5. Cultivate standardized practical training habits and improve practical skills in automotive electronic component testing and ignition system fault diagnosis.
(III) Training Content
1. Structural Understanding and Component Identification
2. Dynamic Demonstration of Working Principles
3. Signal Detection Training
4. Inspection of Key Components
5. Simulation and Diagnosis of Common Faults
